variety of International standards like materials of JIS Standards,
BS Standards, DIN 17223, ASTM & such other similar Standards, &
their other Equivalents as per Customer Specification are procured
either from indigenous sources or imported
from approved vendors of other parts of the world like Sweden,
Germany, Japan & Korea. The materials are

cold drawn alloyed spring steel wires with medium to high tensile
values,
Oil
hardened & tempered ALLOYED with
Chrome-Silicon and UNALLOYED
spring steel wires for both DYNAMIC & STATIC Stress Reverse
Applications and for low to high temperature environmental
conditions,

steel wires & also Precipitate hardening stainless steel spring

bronze wires with appropriate Tin Content etc.
TESTING FACILITIES :

digital readouts for spring loads, deflections, spring Constants, block
heights, initial tension, linear measurements, Angular deflections,
Torque measurements etc.

graduate in Mechanical Engineering is with the experience of more than
two decades in Spring Wire Manufacturing & Spring Manufacturing
technology. He was Manager - Tool Room & SPM at GERMAN ESTABLISHED
SPRING FACTORY with the responsibility of Product Development, Tool
Engineering, Special Purpose Machine design and development, Low cost
automation etc.
