General Information: We manufacture precision helical compression springs, Tension Springs, Torsion Springs, Spiral Springs, various types of Wire Forms, Wire Circlips, rings, etc., with the use of appropriate spring materials as per standard specifications. Helical Compression Springs: They are open coiled with uniform or variable pitch between the coils, with closed or closed & ground or open-end coils that offers resistance to compressive loading. They are also shaped as cylindrical or conical or double conical as per the functional requirements of customers. They are used where linear or non-linear load deflection characteristics are required. (Just for the information of: Compression Spring with round wire has more capacity to store energy as compared to rectangular springs. Rectangular wire to reduce solid height or space efficiency of the design). We manufacture Compression Springs of many shapes like: Cylindrical Form, Conical, Barrel, Hourglass, With variable gap or Progressive pitched or of uniform gap and with End coils closed flat, Squired & ground or open-ended Tension Spring: These are generally with closed coils with various type of hook formations to suit the end users in their assembly. Generally they are axially loaded. These Springs can also be manufactured with initial tension to add more load bearing capacities. Torsion Springs: These are generally closely coiled or some times with pitch between the coils. They are manufactured with shanks of variety of shapes as required by the end usage. Unlike the compression springs and tension springs they are not governed by the shear stress. Spiral Spring: These are generally manufactured with various patterns of shaped wires and can also be made with round wires. They are used particularly in assemblies like seat recliners, window glass movements etc. in automobile applications and many such similar applications in other fields of engineering. Flat Springs: These are manufactured with strip materials general rolled to size with round edges or sheared edges or dressed edges etc. The material used are of hardened strips or with hardenable soft strips either of alloyed or unalloyed steels. These components are used in various assemblies with several thousands of shapes and forms. Applications: We undertake manufacture of all variety of Springs including Valve Springs, Pressure release Springs Clutch Springs, Miniature Springs, etc., for many variety of applications including, Automobile (two wheelers, four wheelers, trucks), Pumps, Instruments, Electrical, Electronic, Switches, Switchgear products, Circuit breakers etc., Textile, Agricultural, Railways, Aeronautics, Defense, and many such industrial applications. The Springs are made as per Customer specifications and where need be, springs are designed to suit the customer functional requirements.
